So thought I’d just write a little piece on our one night stay at the Radisson Blu at Manchester Airport before our flight to Orlando.
We have stayed in this hotel in the past when flying from Manchester Airport and had great experiences but they were over 10 years ago so it was nice to stay again and see what it was like now.
The main perk is that it is located right in the airport so it’s a short walk to the terminals. We made use of the hotel parking facilities for the duration of our holiday which was very good and also really easy when picking up on our return.
We were upgraded to a superior room on check in, which was a lovely surprise and an excellent start to our holiday and stay. The room was clean and had plenty of room (perfect for getting sorted before going on holiday). There were two double beds, a desk, a table and chairs, wardrobe space, a TV mini bar and a safe. So everything you need for a hotel stay. Our luggage was brought to our room straight away.
We arrived at the hotel later on in the day after a long journey and had an early start so we decided to order the pizza room service instead of eating in the restaurant. It’s hard to know what to expect for room service but this was so delicious and honestly was the standard of a restaurant. We were also givens time of within 40 minutes however it arrived after 15 which was great.
Just a short post on our experience as due to the nature of a stay bring one night before catching a flight we didn’t use all of the hotels facilities. That being said we couldn’t of had a better stay here once again. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely returning again in the future.
