Ok so I can confirm that meeting your favourite celebrity never gets old. How wild that in 9 months I’ve met Bethany Joy Lenz 3 times – twice virtually and once in person at Wilmington airport at baggage claim (literally could not believe my luck/the timing of that one haha)
The third time was when I attended a virtual convention recently. One amazing thing to come from the lockdown pandemic eras (& I’m so thankful that it is still going strong 3 years later) is the opportunity to attend virtual events which otherwise would just never happen.
The classic ‘never meet your idol etc’ could not be further from the experiences I’ve had with Bethany Joy Lenz. It is so refreshing and surprising to meet someone of her level in her industry to be so genuine and such a kind person.
The topic of my blog came into conversation during my recent chat with her and she genuinely took an interest and asked questions which just blows my mind to be honest. She even went as far as to take note of my blog and said she would have a look at my site🤯
Still in shock to be honest to think my little blog could reach someone with her experience within the industry.
So thankful for such an amazing experience and can safely say that I’m still fan-girlin’ .. Not bad considering I didn’t leave my kitchen haha!
