Walt Disney World Quick Service Restaurants – #1

I did a post at the beginning of last year on Quick Service Restaurants at Disneyland Paris so I thought it would be good to also do one for Walt Disney World.

As I have mentioned before the style of these restaurants is similar to fast food systems but the quality of the food is more like a sit down restaurant standard. It’s also great as they tend to be a cheaper option for meals when in the parks.

There are so many options available across the parks and resorts at Walt Disney World but I’ve mentioned all of the restaurants we tried and wrote a little bit about our experience at each one of them.

We also dined at Be Our Guest which is quick service for breakfast and lunch and changes to table service for dinner. I plan on doing a separate post for this as well as the other table service restaurants we tried as there is more detail to go into. Also while Be Our Guest is quick service you can make a dining reservation for it unlike others.

On this trip we had the Quick Service Dining Plan so it was great to see a range of restaurants that were included in this.

Riverside Mill Food Court – Port Orleans Resort – Riverside

  • This was our hotel quick service at Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, as it is a moderate resort there was also a table service restaurant, Boatwrights. We ate breakfast here the majority of days and had a few lunches and tea there as well. It was such a great menu with a variety of options for each meal of the day. It was also a really nice space to have to get something to eat before or after a busy day in the park!

Casey’s Corner – Magic Kingdom

  • Casey’s corner is a classic Disney park meal. You can’t go wrong with a hotdog and fries. The portions here are huge so it’s great value and the restaurant has a great location at the end of Main Street in view of the castle!

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn – Magic Kingdom

  • This was a quick service I knew I wanted to try as I thought it looked like a great menu and something a bit different to the stereotypical theme park food. We actually got to eat here as part of the lunch included in The Keys To The Kingdom Tour that we did so it worked out great. We did more a sharing meal as we got nachos and chicken tacos and because we were in a private eating area there was also a salad bar which was perfect!

Cosmic Rays Starlight Diner – Magic Kingdom

  • This is one of the biggest quick service restaurants at Disney and we had a great experience! We actually were pretty lucky that when we went there was no queue and plenty of tables to choose from. This was a great ‘burger and chips’ and ‘chicken nuggets and chips’ (if you know you know about how good Disney chicken nuggets are lol) option and perfect for a pit stop between the business of the park!

Blaze Pizza – Disney Springs

  • One of the best things about Blaze Pizza is it being included in the Quick Service Dining Plan. It’s a great restaurant in Disney Springs so offers something a bit different to the style of restaurants within the parks. It’s make your own pizza so what’s not to love! It’s great quality and really filling.

There are so many quick service restaurants and these are just a few we tried on this trip and we used snack credits which included things like pretzels and fries which we used as a lunch option sometimes. We also had a quite a few table service restaurants so didn’t eat at as many quick service as we probably would with the dining plan. I still have a list of ones to try on future trips!
