Before you even fully read this blog post I’m just putting it out there that this is probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made haha.
Here in the UK we’re in our 3rd national lockdown since the pandemic began so there’s once again a lot more time spent at home. And this time it’s winter and freezing so it’s all about trying to stay cozy!
I’ve seen this oversized blanket hoodie style a lot and have always been meaning to invest in one, especially as someone who is literally always cold. So considering we’re in our 3rd lockdown I thought it was finally time and bought my first Comfy!
The Comfy is an American brand started by two brothers who went on Shark Tank (or Dragons Den if you’re in the UK) and luckily we can buy them on Amazon. I purchased mine for £38 and it came within 2 days with free shipping! I absolutely love it, it’s so perfect for when you’re just lounging around!
The do a few different styles to choose from, I went for The Original in Teal and it’s a one size fits all kinda situation. It’s so huge I can literally bundle myself up into it so all of me is warm haha.
I’m also really pleased with how great the quality is, the inside is Sherpa so it’s all fluffy, it has a hood and also a huge pocket on the front so you can carry bits with you and keep your hands warm! It can be washed and tumble dried and the packaging it comes in is 100% recyclable so literally a win win!
It genuinely is the perfect invention and I can’t believe it took me so long to invest! I’ve even got my eye on The Comfy Dream which is a microfibre lighter version so I can wear one into the warmer months too, like I said I’m always cold haha.
There’s a few makes of blanket hoodies but from what I’ve seen when looking into buying one other brands are either way overpriced or no where near the quality of The Comfy. So if you’re thinking of getting one I couldn’t recommend it enough!
