Earlier this month was the British Heart Foundation’s annual ‘Wear It. Beat It.’ day, which has moved this year to June from February. The day encourages people to wear red to help raise awareness and money in order to hopefully beat heart conditions and illnesses throughout the UK.

This past week like many I haven’t been able to stop thinking about all the victims of the Manchester attack on Monday 22^nd. If I’m honest I’ve been a bit lost for words on what to say about it all week as nothing seems to come close to covering it. To see all the families who have been affected and lost someone close to them from such a horrific attack is just devastating. My prayers and love go to everyone affected by it.

This may seem like a bit of a random post but I felt from personal experience of working in retail it is something that was an everyday occurrence. Especially with having earth day this month it is a reminder of how little steps can be done to better the environment.

Pay It Forward is an expression that essentially means to do a good deed for others after you have received one instead of repaying the deed to the original benefactor.

It’s been a while since my last post as it’s been a very busy month with assignments, work and of course the festive season!

I have always loved whales and dolphins since I was younger I just think they are so cute and look so beautiful when they are swimming and playing doing tricks jumping in the air. At the time when I pictured dolphins like this I didn’t picture them in a tank with an auditorium filled with people and flashing cameras and being forced to do it.

Shailene Woodley is a 24 year old American Actress who is best known for her breakthrough role in the US TV show ‘The Secret Life of the American Teenager’ but most recently portraying the character ‘Tris’ in the Divergent Series films adapted from the books.

Ok so I’m not going to lie I still love the band the Black Eyed Peas and have still listened to their music over the years and was actually quite gutted when they went on a second hiatus in 2011 after their 5^th studio album ‘E.N.D’ (“The Energy Never Dies”).
